Hilary at the check in reception on Thursday April 14th was absolutely perfect. I have spent years in the Hospitality Biz and nowadays I am amazed at how little (or poor) training employees receive. In addition to training, employees also need to be able to react to each client/situation with thought. Hilary was professional, personable & treated us as visitors she was glad to have visit. Also, the young lady in the breakfast area on Friday morning was super too!

Breakfast was great. Location was easy to find and close to where we wanted to shop in Billings.

The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Also, the dining room facility was bright and airy. We appreciated the size as well. We’ve stayed in places where the dining area was very small with few tables. This is a nice sized pleasant eating area.

Clean throughout the interior and exterior. Our room was very nice. Comfortable beds and easy to access. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and easy to access.

It was nice to stay at a hotel that was operating again and not using COVID as an excuse for mediocrity. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and professional.

The staff, amenities, and rooms were all excellent. I travel for work all the time and this by far was a top experience for me. Would recommend to anyone!

Front desk staff was very friendly! Got a room upgrade for no charge. Very clean and comfortable beds! Would recommend!

Comfortable hotel with good size rooms and comparable facilities. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff.
